Job Description

Commercial Roofing Estimator Actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add an Estimator to their team. If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as an Estimator look no further.
Estimator Duties:
Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures Review estimates with management Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More Coordinate turnovers to the operations department. Create proposals with accurate scopes of work Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what @type of roof systems are currently installed Experience required: 5+ years of estimating experience within the roofing industry Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques Experience with new and restoration roofing Edge software experience preferred Must be comfortable with leading a team of estimators Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player Apply now for the next steps in your Estimating career!
