You'll review architectural drawings, perform takeoffs, prepare bids, and support a high‑volume sales pipeline with accuracy and consistency. What You'll Do Review architectural specifications and drawings Perform construction takeoffs Generate estimates from dealer/distributors, outside reps, ITBs, and plan sites Prepare shipping and freight quotes Submit bids and quotes on time Handle submittals and shop drawings Document all work and customer interactions in our CRM Complete special projects as assigned What You Bring Insatiable desire to succeed and grow Ability to work in a dynamic environment with consistent pressure while keeping a positive attitude Understands the importance of teamwork — teamwork is a given Can execute with direction and on their own ideas Strong attention to detail Solid time management Construction knowledge or aptitude Professional communication Microsoft Office proficiency Reliable attendance Required Experience Training or experience in computer applications Work Environment Professional office setting. Standard office equipment. Core hours 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Must maintain 38 hours weekly for full‑time status. Occasional evenings/weekends may occur but are unlikely. Travel Minimal — occasional training or trade shows.
