With a strong reputation built on repeat client relationships, the company continues to grow through consistent project wins and a diverse pipeline.

This role sits within their demolition and environmental division, working closely with top general contractors across Maine. The team focuses on demolition, asbestos abatement, and sitework, often supporting healthcare related projects and other technically sensitive environments. Job Description Prepare estimates for demolition, abatement, and sitework projects Perform takeoffs and review drawings and specifications Work closely with project teams and leadership on bid strategy Support project execution when needed, wearing multiple hats across estimating and operations Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Utilize Procore for project and cost tracking MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
