The Opportunity As the Piping and Mechanical Equipment Estimator , you will have the opportunity to: Work on Piping and Mechanical estimates in the followingIndustries:
Advanced Power Generation (APG)LNG/FLNG
Oil and Gas Water/Wastewater Process Industries Support development of complete proposal estimates by combining multi-discipline inputs for Piping and Mechanical Equipment scopes. Review design scopes, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze construction productivity Develop estimate components including contingency, escalation, and cost reconciliation Perform cross-project comparisons of scope, quantities, and costs Prepare management presentations and maintain historical cost data Review designs/specifications for cost efficiency and recommend improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives and related change management Management Responsibilities Individual Contributor Preferred Qualifications 2-10 years of relevant experience Field and/or Project experience Knowledgeable Piping and/or Mechanical skillset Project Field experience Good communication skills The ability to manage workload in one or more projects Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) proficiency Experience with estimating databases is a plus Minimum Qualifications 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
