Our Estimator is responsible for estimating and selling reconstruction services in the fire and water restoration industry. We strive to acquire talent that is motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Someone who has great communication skills and a passion for delivering at the highest levels of quality. This is a salary-plus-commission position. Construction Estimator:

Compensation:

$65,000 - $90,000 yearly + commission

Responsibilities:

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Have a working knowledge of applicable building codes. Strong computer skills are a must. 2 plus years of experience in Construction and/or Restoration estimating. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Provide superior customer-client experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to negotiate subcontractor's pricing/cost. Must be able to be on-call after hours for emergency calls on a rotational basis. Experience with Xactimate and DASH.
