Job Description

We are a leading water mitigation and mold remediation company committed to delivering top-quality services to homeowners and businesses. With a strong focus on growth, we are expanding our mold remediation department and seeking a dedicated Mold Remediation Project Manager to take charge of marketing, sales, and job coordination from start to finish. Position Overview The Mold Remediation Project Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our mold remediation services by increasing lead conversion, growing job revenue, and managing projects efficiently. This role requires a dynamic individual who can market our services, sell to customers, coordinate projects with company personnel and third-party consultants, and ensure smooth execution from scheduling to payment collection.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies utilizing local outreach to generate leads. The majority of leads will be produced through SEO and company marketing personnel. Conduct customer consultations, assess mold issues, and present solutions to close sales.
Project Management:
Coordinate mold remediation jobs from initial scheduling to completion. Work with third-party air quality consultants for pre
  • and post-remediation testing.
Manage communication with customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the process.
Operations & Financials:
Oversee project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Collect payments and ensure timely invoicing. Maintain profitability and job cost efficiency. Additional Responsibilities Help the water mitigation team fulfill demand when either in surge or experiencing an increase in demand On-call Project Management for water mitigation The project manager will be required to be in the on-call rotation for water mitigation emergencies. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Commission Benefits (Eligible After 90 Days): 2 weeks PTO 50% of family health insurance premium Employee-paid dental and vision insurance Short-term disability coverage 401k with matching
