We're looking for a Junior Electrical Estimator to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. We're not looking for someone with years of estimating experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in electrical construction. We will teach you the rest. What you'll do Perform electrical quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications Assist with labor and material pricing on active bids Coordinate supplier quotes and lead times Support bid preparation and proposal development Identify scope gaps and project risks Participate in project handoff meetings Learn and develop proficiency in Bluebeam and Trimble Accubid Who we're looking for You might be a good fit if you are one of the following: A recent graduate in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field A 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice ready to transition into an office role Someone with hands-on electrical field experience and strong computer skills No prior estimating experience required. Full training provided.
