Project Budgeting / Estimating

Job Overview A miniature golf design/build firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Budgeting / Job Costing / Estimating Specialist to join our growing team. Position is in-office only, located in Traverse City, MI Responsibilities include: Working with managing detailed Excel-based budget sheets Soliciting and comparing bids from suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers Coordinating with other team members to review and refine cost estimates Tracking actual costs and forecasting expenditures for active jobs

Qualifications:

Experience in project budgeting, estimating, and job costing Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams

Compensation:

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and education.

$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
