This role involves traveling to customer homes, building trust with homeowners, understanding project needs, and closing sales opportunities. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Conduct on-site evaluations for interior and exterior painting projects Measure spaces and assess project scope Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals Build rapport and maintain a professional customer experience Follow up on estimates and close sales opportunities Coordinate with production/project management teams after sale Maintain accurate customer notes and sales records in CRM Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable walking properties and entering customer homes professionally Self-motivated with strong time management skills Ability to measure and estimate residential projects Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic technology skills (CRM, tablet, smartphone, email) Compensation Base salary PLUS performance-based commission bonuses Company phone provided
