Project Manager Job Summary:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards. Provide regular updates to the owner and clients on project status, potential issues, and solutions. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for potential and existing projects. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine project scope and cost. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability information. Present estimates to clients and negotiate contract terms as necessary. Maintain a database of historical project costs to inform future estimates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Track project expenses and manage budgets to ensure profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or client satisfaction.

Schedule, Pay, & Location:

1st shift, Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Direct Hire $50,000-$55,000/year + commission, depending on experience Grand Rapids, MI Estimator / Project Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field desired but not required. 2+ years of estimating and/or project management experience in the construction industry required, with sign design and installation experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques. High level critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise manner while building relationships and managing potentially stressful situations. An inherent sense of urgency to drive great results while being precise in executing work. Ability to influence without authority and drive enthusiasm. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Time management skills to organize daily planning and activities and meet deadlines. Ability to shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail.
