Job Title:
Project Manager/Estimator Job Description The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for overseeing construction projects from the bidding and preconstruction phases through to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, the Project Manager/Estimator manages all financial aspects of projects, including estimating, bidding, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and closeouts. Responsibilities Oversee construction projects from start to finish, including bidding, preconstruction, and completion phases. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Manage financial aspects such as estimating, bidding, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and closeouts. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating. Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting. Experience as a Project Manager and Estimator, possibly from construction management, civil, or structural backgrounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in commercial restoration, including caulking and coating. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Sage. Expertise in estimating, restoration, and masonry. Work Environment This role requires daily presence in the office with some expectations of visiting sites for bid meetings. The company has around 100 employees, with a team of 5 Project Managers. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $64.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
