full-time Senior Estimator Greater St Louis Area - Mostly on-site with some hybrid flexibility $110-130k plus bonus Bell & Associates is partnering with a construction company seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join their team. This is a key role responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids across a variety of civil construction projects. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects from concept through bid submission Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate scopes of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids and pricing Collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and ownership on bid strategy and project pursuits Maintain and update estimating databases, historical cost data, and bid files Participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, and post-bid reviews as needed Qualifications 3-10 years of civil construction estimating experience required Sports construction experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Trimble or Bluebeam a plus Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
