We are seeking a Water Mitigation Sales Estimator to join our growing team in Ozark, Missouri. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing water damage, helping them understand the restoration process while developing accurate estimates and coordinating project opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys working directly with homeowners, insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners. Previous water mitigation, restoration, construction, or plumbing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. You are confident communicating with homeowners, insurance representatives, and field personnel while balancing customer service and sales responsibilities.
