Cox Roofing Co., LLC, a 45+ year residential and commercial roofing contractor serving Southwest Missouri, is seeking a self-motivated and results focused Residential and Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our growing team. Successful candidates will have a professional attitude, result driven, and be goal oriented instead of time oriented. This is not a typical, punch the clock, 9-5 Monday through Friday position. We are looking for someone that thrives in improving performance, efficiency, and profitability. The Estimator is responsible for estimating and customer service under the guidance of the sales and project manager. Sales experience is preferred. Previous roofing experience is preferred.

Qualifications are as follows:

1) Physically inspect roof systems from the roof. 2) Multitasking is a must. Need to be able to juggle many projects at once. 3) Be able to walk on/work on high (2+ stories) or steep roofs. 4) High level of communication skills with both the customer and inner office. 5) Lift up to 80 lbs. 6) Perform small roofing repairs as needed and minor technical skills 7) Ability to work some before and after normal business hours as well as occassional Saturdays. As well as quarterly bonuses, company-sponsored trips, and much more. We would also consider contract/1099 sales professionals as well.
