Job Description Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and budgets. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to support cost estimates. Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure adherence to financial objectives. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project costs. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction methods.
