Job Description

Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Drywall A well-established commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator with a background in commercial drywall, metal framing, and related interior systems. This position is ideal for someone capable of taking projects from initial bid through final completion.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in commercial drywall, interiors, specialty contracting, or related construction Experience in estimating, project management, or a combined PM/Estimator role Knowledge of drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, or related scopes Ability to read drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents Experience with takeoffs, pricing, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred 5+ years of commercial drywall experience Experience with projects valued at $1M+ Experience with Bluebeam, OST, Quick Bid, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar software Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and forecasting
Responsibilities:
Perform takeoffs and prepare commercial drywall estimates Develop proposals, scopes, pricing, and change orders Manage awarded projects from turnover through closeout Maintain schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and project documentation Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and deliveries Communicate with general contractors, vendors, field teams, and leadership Monitor project profitability, progress, quality, and schedule
Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
