Small, family-owned GC with an excellent culture Opportunity to take ownership and run projects cradle to grave About Our Client Family-owned design build general contractor working in the St. Louis area. This client specializes in various commerical project sectors including self-storage, retail, office, and multifamily. They offer a wide range of services to assist clients from pre-construction through completion. Their experienced management team is focused on developing budgets and schedules to provide coordination and supervision and assure maximum value. Job Description Manage project objectives by balancing contract requirements, financial constraints, schedule expectations, and overall cost considerations. Serve as the primary point of coordination among Owners, their representatives, Trade Partners, and the on‑site Superintendent. Provide guidance and direction to the Superintendent to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to organizational quality standards. Make informed decisions rooted in a thorough understanding of the project's progress, integrating multiple moving parts to achieve a successful outcome. Align project results with the expectations of the Owner and Architect while controlling schedule, budget, and cost factors. Take responsibility for decisions that influence overall project costs and determine the level of success achieved. Prioritize tasks, plan activities, and organize workflows to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
