Entry Level Estimator - Project Manager

Job Description:

Entry-Level Estimator / Project Manager We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Estimator / Project Manager with a college degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. This role supports estimating, project planning, scheduling, and coordination with field teams and subcontractors.

Holiday Pay Responsibilities:

Assist with cost estimates, bid preparation, and quantity takeoffs Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation Invoice Approvals Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Track project costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Assist with site visits and project reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and basic construction software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar preferred).

Possess excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills. Should be self-starting and organized. Must possess a strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills. Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct. Must be able to work independently or in a team setting. 21 + years of age Must pass a pre-employment drug and/or alcohol test. Will also be subject to a criminal history background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
