Roofing Sales & Project Consultant Apex Home Solutions is hiring motivated professionals to develop careers in roofing and remodeling sales. This is a field-based, primarily commission-driven position combining customer acquisition, property inspections, estimating, and project coordination. No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training during the first month covering roofing systems, repair identification, property damage assessment, measurements, estimating, customer consultations, and sales fundamentals. Responsibilities Develop new business through referrals, networking, company-provided leads, community outreach, and direct prospecting Inspect residential and commercial properties for roofing, repair, and remodeling needs Identify damage, deterioration, and appropriate repair or replacement solutions Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals Explain materials, pricing, warranties, financing, and project timelines Maintain customer relationships from the initial consultation through project completion Coordinate with estimating, production, and project-management teams Maintain accurate CRM records, job documentation, and follow-up Generate repeat business, reviews, and referrals through strong customer service Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and comfortable working independently Willingness to prospect, build relationships, and develop new business Interest in learning roofing systems, repairs, estimating, and construction processes Comfortable using mobile technology, CRM platforms, and estimating software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely access ladders and perform field inspections Previous experience in sales, construction, roofing, remodeling, estimating, or home services is helpful but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is also a plus.
