Construction Estimator - Memphis, TN Join a growing mid-size civil contractor and own the bid. You'll turn plans into winning estimates, drive competitive pricing, and partner with PMs and subs to deliver smart, buildable projects. What you'll do + Build accurate takeoffs and cost estimates + Lead bids (hard bid & negotiated) and proposals + Align scope, schedule, and pricing with project teams + Level subs/suppliers and find value-engineering wins What you bring + 10+ years estimating (civil/commercial/industrial) + Strong plan reading + takeoff/software skills (Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, etc.) + Proven ability to win work through sharp, reliable numbers Big impact, fast-moving team, real ownership of the pipeline. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxford, MS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
