Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, dependable, and detail-oriented Estimator/Working Project Manager to join our cabinet installation team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the field and with customers, can manage multiple projects at once, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Pay is based on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities Job duties include, but are not limited to: Measuring kitchens and other areas for cabinet installations Reviewing project plans, measurements, and installation requirements Communicating with customers regarding project details, and questions Performing kitchen cabinet installations alongside other crew members Installing bathroom vanities and related cabinetry Installing basic appliances and coordinating appliance placement with cabinetry Completing basic plumbing-related installation tasks as needed Installing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, handles, knobs, and other hardware Completing small work orders, such as temporary sink installations, cabinet adjustments, door replacements, and hardware installation Making necessary adjustments and corrections to ensure cabinets are properly aligned, level, and securely installed Identifying potential issues or discrepancies before and during installation Taking accurate measurements and documenting changes to the project Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets company and customer expectations Troubleshooting installation issues and finding practical solutions in the field Maintaining a clean and organized job site Communicating project updates and any concerns to management Working safely and following proper installation procedures Assisting with loading, unloading, and transporting cabinets, tools, and materials when needed Qualifications Previous experience in cabinet installation, construction, remodeling, estimating, or project management preferred Strong knowledge of cabinet installation and basic construction practices Ability to accurately measure and read plans or installation drawings Understanding of basic plumbing and basic appliance installation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift and move cabinets, appliances, tools, and materials Must be comfortable working in occupied homes and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of a project from the initial measurement through completion . We are looking for someone who can communicate well with customers and coworkers, recognize potential problems before they become larger issues, and take pride in doing the job correctly. Cabinet installation experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong construction or remodeling experience who are eager to learn.
Compensation Pay:
Based on experience and qualifications compensation details can be discussed during the interview.
Pay:
$15.00 - $40.00 per hour
