Precision Walls is seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn, enthusiastic, and always up for an exciting new challenge. A Sales Estimator for Division 10 and Specialties is primarily responsible for working with engineers' and architects' drawings or blueprints to prepare a complete list of all job costs, including labor, material, equipment, and specialty items necessary to complete the project. You will play a key role in the sales process by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for specialty construction materials, furnishings, and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze project specifications, blueprints, and client requirements to develop detailed estimates that align with company pricing strategies and profitability goals. This role requires a thorough understanding of Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Blinds) construction materials, vendors, pricing structures, and market trends.
