Back To Results Estimator/Project Manager Job Description Our client, located in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina, is seeking a Civil Construction Estimator/Project Manager Essential Job Functions Attend pre-bid meetings and perform site work evaluations Identify labor, material and time requirements required to perform work Quantify takeoffs and complete estimate preparation for water, sewer and storm drain installation a plus Subcontractor, supplier and client interactions Site and road work experience Knows how to estimate a job based on crew size and equipment needs, and knows productions.
