Back To Results Estimator/Project Manager Job Description Our client, located in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina, is seeking a Civil Construction Estimator/Project Manager Essential Job Functions Attend pre-bid meetings and perform site work evaluations Identify labor, material and time requirements required to perform work Quantify takeoffs and complete estimate preparation for water, sewer and storm drain installation a plus Subcontractor, supplier and client interactions Site and road work experience Knows how to estimate a job based on crew size and equipment needs, and knows productions. Ability to perform as project manager on grading and utility installation services Preparation of Request for Quotations and analysis of subcontract and material proposals Experience working with local and state governments a plus Experience working with grading and utility installation services Training and Experience Degree in Construction Engineering Management, Civil Engineering or other related engineering degree a plus Minimum 4 years heavy civil construction experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Valid driver's license Team player, able to get along with a diverse group of people working towards a common goal Share This Position Details Location Cary NC Date Posted 4/24/2022 Apply Processing...
