Sr. Plumbing Estimator

Senior Plumbing Estimator Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates, managing bid schedules, reviewing drawings/specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers throughout the bidding process.

Responsibilities:

Prepare plumbing estimates and bid proposals for commercial projects Review plans, specifications, addenda, and project documents Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope coverage Utilize FastEST/FastPIPE estimating software Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations Maintain communication with project managers, general contractors, and owners Develop budgets and monitor material pricing trends

Qualifications:

Experience estimating commercial plumbing projects Proficiency with FastEST/FastPIPE preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of plumbing materials and current market pricing
