Civil Construction Estimator Site Development

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Morrisville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development construction and estimating large-scale civil projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates while collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to support successful project execution. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction and site development projects. Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Develop quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with operations and project management teams during the bidding process. Review bid documents, contracts, and project scopes. Assist in developing proposals and supporting documentation for project submissions. Qualifications & Experience Approximately 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with a focus on site development. Proven experience estimating projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million .

Experience with project scopes including:

Erosion Control Clearing & Grubbing Grading & Earthwork Underground Utilities Paving Proficiency with AGTEK software. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Position Details This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Morrisville, NC office. Remote work is not available for this role. Relocation assistance is not provided.
