Job Description

DIRECT HIRE
An awesome opportunity for an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator to join a dynamic company. This role is responsible for preparing accurate plumbing estimates, managing bid schedules, reviewing drawings/specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers throughout the bidding process. 📍

Pineville, NC 💰
Pay Range:
$85K•$100K 🕒
Shift:
M•F, 7am•3:30pm 🕒

PTO Responsibilities:
Prepare plumbing estimates and bid proposals for commercial projects Review plans, specifications, addenda, and project documents Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope coverage Utilize FastEST/FastPIPE estimating software Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations Maintain communication with project managers, general contractors, and owners Develop budgets and monitor material pricing trends
Qualifications:
