Unlimited PTO Position Summary:

The Estimator is responsible for collecting and evaluating the company's data and obtaining information and quotes from suppliers for a specific service or product. Essential Job Functions Inspect vehicles for damages and evaluate using visual inspection, mechanical testing devices, road tests, and information provided by the customer. Evaluate necessity and cost of repairs. Collect insurance estimates after reviewing damage. Analyze plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation. Research, source, negotiate and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers. Analyze Company data, monitor budgets, and prices using software packages. Meet with customers to discuss damages, repair process, timeline, and costs. Create accurate estimates that detail repair and labor costs. Place work orders detailing part replacements and repairs and enter into the work management system. Maintain communication with customer and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process. Keep record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork. Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously. Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard. Complete final paperwork and payment with customer. Always provide exceptional customer service and create ongoing relationships with customers. Conduct regular risk assessments. Relevant experience with data analysis. Physical Requirements This position must be able to sit for long periods of time, operate a computer, office equipment, and may occasionally lift up to 20lbs. Working Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
