We specialize in parking lot joint sealing, parking stall striping and sign installation. We are searching for a highly qualified project manager in the Lincoln area.

Modern office setting Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Our growing company is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in construction industry to oversee the day-to-day operations of projects. Responsibilities include extensive communication with clients, contractors and crew members to ensure that the project meets their specific requirements. Two years of experience managing projects and reading civil prints is preferred, and the ability to use their leadership skills to efficiently plan, organize and complete projects within deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team to complete projects in a timely manner. Manage multiple projects at one time. Monitor and control projects to meet deadlines and company expectations. Communicate project needs to team members Maintain accurate documentation; including drawings, change orders and project plans Ability to read civil prints. Re-evaluate previous estimates to ensure accurate pricing and incorporate any changes
