Job Description

Falewitch Construction Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. We self-perform metal stud framing, drywall, taping, acoustic ceilings, rough/finish carpentry, EIFS, fireproofing, access floors, and folding partitions on commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Manage multiple estimates and meet bid deadlines. Perform accurate takeoffs and prepare detailed estimates and proposals. Review drawings, specifications, addenda, schedules, and contracts for scope and risk. Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed. Communicate with general contractors and customers to clarify scope and project requirements. Follow up on proposals and assist in securing awarded work. Develop schematic budgets, design-development estimates, and value-engineering options. Evaluate labor, manpower, material, and schedule requirements. Build and maintain customer relationships that generate repeat business. Coordinate with operations to ensure a successful handoff of awarded projects. Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience. Strong knowledge of drywall and metal stud framing system s and general commercial construction. Experience with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid preferred. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Proficient with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Construction-related degree preferred; relevant field and estimating experience will also be considered.

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
