Who We're Looking For You don't need to know everything, but you need to care.
You likely have:
2+ years of construction estimating (or closely related experience) A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs The ability to read and truly understand blueprints and specs Experience with estimating tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Sage , or similar Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills Confidence to ask questions, submit RFIs, and challenge unclear scope You value: Grit when things get tough Loyalty to your team Integrity in how numbers are built A positive mindset , even under pressure And actually enjoying the journey , not just chasing the next bid A Few Logistics (Because They Matter) High school diploma required Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR are a plus, but not required Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office This Might Be the Job You've Been Looking For But Didn't Know Existed.
