Job Description Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $200K to $40M. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate pricing strategies. Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and vendor proposals. Collaborate with project executives, operations teams, and ownership throughout the preconstruction process. Develop budgets, conceptual estimates, and value engineering recommendations. Maintain estimate documentation and project records using Procore and Microsoft Office tools. Support bid submissions, proposal development, and client presentations. Assist in identifying project risks, opportunities, and cost-saving solutions. The Successful Applicant Requirements to Apply Experience as an Estimator within a general contractor or commercial construction environment. Background estimating ground-up construction projects. Ability to manage estimates for projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale developments. Experience with commercial construction project types such as healthcare, retail, office, manufacturing, multifamily, or similar sectors. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to commute to Bedford, NH on a full-time, in-office basis. Experience estimating projects valued up to $40M. Exposure to design-build and construction management delivery methods.
