Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and renovation construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and material pricing. Collaborate with project teams throughout the preconstruction and bidding process. Participate in value engineering exercises and budget development. Manage multiple estimates simultaneously across varying project sizes and sectors. Work directly with executive leadership to develop competitive bid strategies. Maintain accurate estimating documentation and cost histories. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office Suite to support estimating and preconstruction activities. Assist in client presentations and preconstruction meetings as needed. Support projects located primarily throughout Southern New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Maine. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction. Experience estimating ground-up and/or renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project costs. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Procore experience is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. What's on Offer Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $140,000. 401(k) with 3% company match plus profit sharing. Vehicle allowance.
