Position Summary We are seeking an Estimator to support cost estimating, pricing analysis, and manufacturing cost evaluation for custom packaging solutions. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, analyzing labor and material costs, and supporting pricing decisions that drive profitability and competitiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and experience in manufacturing, estimating, or cost analysis. Responsibilities Develop detailed cost estimates for custom manufacturing and packaging projects Analyze labor, materials, overhead, and production costs to determine pricing Review engineering drawings, specifications, and production methods Partner with sales, operations, and leadership on pricing strategy and margins Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Maintain estimating data within ERP/CRM systems Communicate pricing recommendations clearly to internal teams Track supplier pricing, market trends, and cost fluctuations Support continuous improvement in estimating accuracy and processes Occasional local and regional travel as needed Perform other duties as assigned Competencies and Qualifications Experience in estimating, cost analysis, pricing, or manufacturing environment preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, spreadsheets) Ability to interpret data, costs, and production processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Effective communication and collaboration skills Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing, finance, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant estimating or analytical experience will be considered.

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
