Job Summary We are seeking motivated and skilled Painters to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and taping to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primer, paint, stain, and coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform specialized painting tasks including industrial painting, restoration work, Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials required for each job Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following protocolsRequirements Proven experience in residential and commercial painting with knowledge of construction site procedures Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., caulking guns, putty knives), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and specialized equipment like airless sprayers Knowledge of color theory to match palettes accurately and create visually appealing finishes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work at heights or in confined spaces as requiredJoin us if you're ready to bring your craftsmanship to life! Pay:

$23.00 - $30.14 per hour
