We specialize in service, preventative maintenance, equipment replacements, and design-build mechanical projects. We're seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator who enjoys building accurate budgets, developing relationships with vendors, and helping drive profitable growth. Responsibilities Prepare estimates for commercial HVAC projects ranging from equipment replacements to full mechanical installations Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing Develop proposal packages and scope clarifications Coordinate with operations and project management teams Assist with value engineering and design-build opportunities Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information Qualifications 3+ years commercial HVAC estimating experience Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications Experience with HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, controls, and hydronic systems Strong Excel and computer skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits Company-paid training Health insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Growth opportunities Professional work environment
