Xactimate Estimator

A top restoration company is looking for an Estimator with Mitigation & Reconstruction. The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction and mitigation background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.

Specific responsibilities include:

Define project scope, goals for each project assigned and execute. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate reconstruction and mitigation losses using Xactimate. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Solid restoration knowledge Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer communication and service skills Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals Knowledge of the property/insurance industry Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
