Philadelphia, PA I'm working with a leading commercial General Contractor in the Philadelphia area who is looking to hire an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. This is a great opportunity to join an established GC delivering large-scale commercial projects valued at $50M+ across Philadelphia and the surrounding region.
The Role:
- Lead estimating and preconstruction on projects from early concept through final bid
- Work on major $50M+ commercial construction projects
- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets and cost plans
- Manage subcontractor bid packages and scope reviews
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis
- Work closely with Project Executives, PMs and the Preconstruction team
- Support value engineering and constructability reviews
- Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
What They're Looking For:
- Strong commercial GC estimating experience
- Experience estimating large-scale projects of $50M+
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction costs and subcontractor markets
- Ability to manage estimates independently
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Philadelphia / Pennsylvania construction experience preferred ?
