LANDSCAPE ESTIMATOR/MANAGER POSITION!

! Rainmaker Irrigation & Landscaping, LLC is looking for an

EXPERIENCED

individual to join our estimator and management team! The ideal candidate MUST be very familiar with designing all aspects of landscaping… such as grading, drainage, plant selection & placement, hardscaping, lighting, irrigation, etc. Duties include but not limited to:

• Prepare residential and commercial landscape bid sheets/estimates
• Development of clearly written proposals
• Meet regularly with project managers and foremen to discuss job specifications
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting projects for the company
• Communicate regularly with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes for inclusion in estimates
• Accurately calculating the cost of materials, labor, and equipment needed for completion of jobs
• Be able to manage a team of 15 to 20 workers Qualifications include:
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong background in the landscape industry

IS NECESSARY!

• Previous knowledge and experience with estimating landscape construction
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Strong computer and technical skills
• specifically Microsoft Office and landscape design software
• Be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail oriented
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
