Electrical Contracting company is looking for a Electrical Estimator with strong computer skills and a Strong understanding of Electrical Estimating. Our projects range from $50,000 to $10,000,000.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform blueprint take off to create estimates. Turn estimates into proposals and send them to the client. Work directly with clients to close work. Responsibilities will also include performing administrative tasks for the estimating department. The Candidate will report directly to the Chief Estimator.
Requirements:
Detail Oriented, Computer savvy, Strong communications skills, Understanding Basic Excel Formula, Critical Thinking, Problem solving, Plan Reading, Estimating Experience, Strong Arithmetic, existing client relationships.
Preferred:
Building Trades Experience, Understanding divisions of labor, MOS (word/Excel), VB/C/Scripting, Accu-Bid Experience is a plus. Pay Commensurate with experience. We will train new estimators or hire seasoned professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive contacts within the network of NJ construction and maintenance.
