JOB DESCRIPTION
Twin Resources is a large Design/Build Landscape Company located in Monmouth County serving the Tri-State area.POSITION SUMMARY
: This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing various residential and commercial projects and ensuring they are performed in a professional, profitable, and timely manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Research, schedule & procure materials. Needed with assistance from purchasing agent. Meet and coordinate projects with designers, architects, and the director of construction. Ability to perform takeoffs for various projects. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and other associated documents. Submit accurate bids in a timely efficient manner meeting deadlines of requesting parties. Coordinate with vendors for material pricing and subcontractor quotes. Review data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists. Ability to work in a collaborative environment Participate in design and construction meetings Communication with contractors and or homeowners. Research, procure, & negotiate subcontractors. Schedule projects - equipment, materials, subcontractors, and personnel with dispatch and material manager Supervise operations of assigned projects. Coordination with the construction department, at end of each day, to ensure all material is loaded and prepared for the following day. Keep daily records of work completed and report production to administration weekly. Inspect all projects after completion. Assist in mobilization and management for snow removal.NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate and Contribute to Twin's initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and associates on a consistent basis
- Excellent time and project management skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position is responsible for assigning, reviewing, and checking the work of other employees. List of positions/job titles reporting to this position: 1. Foreman 2. Operators 3. LaborersEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
B.A./B.S. Degree in Construction Management or related field.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge in Commercial and Residential construction. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Estimating, and Takeoff software. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. Employees shall possess knowledge of project estimating, contracts, and submittals. The candidate may be required to work directly with clients, architects, and estimating staff for the coordination of projects.
