The ideal candidate will be responsible for traveling throughout NM to meet with clients for estimates. •Vehicle provided •Commission Must be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities Traveling through NM to conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data relevant to the estimation process. Collaborate with owner/supervisor to gather necessary information for accurate estimating. Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to each project as needed. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost control methods. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates.
