Requirements:

6+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator on commercial projects. This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of commercial projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets. Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.
