Job Description
Estimator/Project Manager
- Perform take-offs on blueprints for projects
- Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Provide weekly updates to owners on the status and progression of the project
- Communicate with the field foreman for field reports, changes, or issues as they arise
- Computer literate in various programs; especially Microsoft Office and Blue Beam Strong communication skills; verbal and written
- Able to analyze and plan
- Detail Oriented
- Estimating/construction experience is a plus
- $95,000 and up
