ELECTRICAL SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Senior Estimator in Long Island, New York. Electrical Senior Estimator Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Estimator in Long Island, NY is between $130,000 and $140,000. Competitive base salary Health insurance package 401K Electrical Senior Estimator Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for managing assigned projects from start to completion Will be required to read blueprints, review bid documents and specifications for accuracy/discrepancies Responsible for performing complete take offs and participate in project turn over Required to attend scope review meetings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized Electrical Senior Estimator Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years' experience with an electrical contractor Accubid- LiveCount software Project experience to include commercial, institutional, healthcare, airports, power generation transmission and distribution, fire alarm, security systems. Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control Ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines Must have stable work history Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred but Not Necessary Journeyman License or Degree #BASE1
