Printers3 is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team in Hauppauge, NY! In this role, you'll play a critical part in our production workflow by delivering accurate estimates and managing order entry with precision. Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for print jobs based on client specifications and production requirements Manage order entry processes, ensuring all job details are correctly captured and communicated Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth job flow Review and interpret client requests, artwork, and print specs to determine pricing Maintain and update estimating databases and pricing structures Communicate estimates and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in print estimating and order entry is required Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and industry terminology Proficiency with estimating software and order management systems Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and organizational skills Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
