Bedrock Plumbing is looking to hire immediately, and we want you to join our growing family as our next Plumbing & Sprinkler Estimator. The Role As a Plumbing & Sprinkler Estimator , you will be the backbone of our project planning phase. You'll be responsible for transforming blueprints into actionable bids, ensuring our projects are competitive, accurate, and profitable.

Your Responsibilities Analyze & Interpret:

Review requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the scope.

Cost Estimation:

Prepare comprehensive material and cost estimates; determine which production factors will influence the final price.

Labor Planning:

Create detailed labor estimates for diverse projects.

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with company vendors and contractors.

Bid Management:

Manage bids from vendors and use that data to prepare detailed cost analyses.

Stakeholder Communication:

Present prepared estimates to management and key stakeholders.

Data Tracking:

Compile and record actual costs to refine future bidding accuracy.

What We're Looking For Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating.

Technical Knowledge:

You must possess strong, foundational plumbing and sprinkler knowledge.

Analytical Mindset:

The ability to spot variables that others might miss.
