Healthcare Construction Location:

Manhattan, New York Salary:

$150,000•$200,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are working with a well-established General Contractor in Manhattan specializing in healthcare residential construction. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Identify scope gaps and provide cost analysis Support preconstruction and value engineering efforts Collaborate with project management and leadership teams Requirements 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor Strong experience with healthcare construction projects Ability to manage estimates from concept through GMP Knowledge of Manhattan / NYC construction market Experience with estimating software and takeoffs Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $150,000•$200,000 (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus Full benefits package Long-term pipeline of projects in Manhattan Additional Information Full-time, permanent position Office-based role in Manhattan If you are an experienced Project Estimator with healthcare experience in NYC, apply today for a confidential discussion.
