Compensation:
$75,000- $120,000 About the Company We are partnered with a deep foundation specialty contractor with a very strong and growing backlog of work across New York state. Their projects range from $50K to $30M, supporting infrastructure, commercial, and industrial construction. Services include:
- Driven Bearing Piles
- Soldier Pile & Lagging
- Caissons
- Sheet Piling / Bulkheads
- Micropiles
- Auger Cast Piles (CFA) Position Overview We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to support both the preconstruction and execution phases of multiple deep foundation projects.
- Prepare project estimates including labor, equipment, and materials
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost reviews for foundation projects
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Coordinate project schedules, crews, and subcontractors
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Coordinate with general contractors and project stakeholders
- Process and manage change orders
- Monitor project progress and support successful project delivery Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in deep foundation or heavy civil construction
- Experience with caissons, piling, sheet piling, micropiles, or shoring systems
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred (relevant experience strongly considered)
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
- Strong organizational and communication skills
