Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00
PM Temporary Schedule:
Currently operating 7:00 AM•12:00 PM until business volume increases
Job Overview:
AA Maintenance Services LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from initial estimation through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for maintenance and construction-related projects Review project plans, specifications, and requirements Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Conduct site visits and assessments as needed Track project progress and provide regular updates Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project management and/or estimating (preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license (required for operating company vehicles and traveling to job sites) Birth certificate required for employment documentation
