Estimator -
Perform quantity takeoffs and review RFPs and project specifications.
Attend site visits and field walkdowns with customers and field personnel.
Develop project schedules, execution plans, and cash flow projections.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Present proposals to customers and support bid reviews.
Transition awarded projects to Project Management teams.
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and project execution.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Primavera P6 preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

$90,000 - $130,000Location:
Ohio, OHWe are seeking an experienced Estimator to support transmission, distribution, and underground electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, performing takeoffs, reviewing bid packages, conducting site evaluations, and developing project proposals.Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates and proposals for transmission, distribution, and underground utility projects.Perform quantity takeoffs and review RFPs and project specifications.
Attend site visits and field walkdowns with customers and field personnel.
Develop project schedules, execution plans, and cash flow projections.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Present proposals to customers and support bid reviews.
Transition awarded projects to Project Management teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.4 years of xperience estimating electrical utility, transmission, distribution, or underground projects.Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and project execution.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Primavera P6 preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
